                                 With the right photo, I can make a photo quilt made with fabric.

From this photo of Portia & Ellen DeGeneres,  I made this wallhanging quilt.  Every time someone sees these photo quilts, the first word they say is "amazing!". 

It's a delight for me to watch the image come to life as I assemble each little 1" square to form the quilt.  I work on the computer first with a scanned image until I determine the way I want it to look, then I print the graph, and start cutting fabrics into little squares....

It is made with approximately 3,000+ small squares of carefully chosen fabrics.

This finished size is about 36" x 42".

                              I also made a quilt of my granddaughter, Claire, born January 2009.

              These wallhanging quilts are framed, or they could be made as quilted wallhangings.

                              They are available to be made in different color tone choices.
